Lynne Edel
Lynne Edel has been practicing Yoga for over 25 years and teaching for 10 years. She has experienced the healing benefits of Yoga first hand and is inspired to share what she has learned with others. Her classes incorporate mindful movement with body awareness, pranayama/breathing techniques, meditation and are inclusive to all. A life long learner, Lynne continues to study Yoga with her teachers from India and Australia.
